Is the fuel pump getting power?
the fuel pump relay not getting the signal from ECM
In the above description, you indicated that you were getting 12 volts. So is there three wires to the fuel pump? !2 Volts and signal? If the relay is not getting power, then the fuel pump should not be getting power. Did you check the fuse?Quote:

Ah I know why it's three wires. One of the wires is the fuel gauge. So you should be able to see which of the two wires go directly the motor (black and red and that's a guess). Put 12 volts on those wires and the fuel pump should run. Ok if that works, then the pump should be ok. So when you identify the two wires for signal, put a volt-meter on those two wires (female connector) and turn your key to accessory. Most cars pressurize the fuel rail at that point. So you should get a signal. I tried looking at the schematic (2004) and I could not find what signals the fuel pump relay.

in the relay pin 86 i get 0v when the car key on and it should be 12v
i don't know why i can't get it is there any relationship with key switch??
Finally found the second half. I had over looked it a few times.

FPUMP <- Fuel Pump. So it come straight from the ECM to the relay. So is there a problem with the ECM? Don't know. You may have to turn the key to start, to get it to come on. The manual I have is not very helpful as to why the fuel pump is not turning on.

what about the immobiliseris it cause like this problem and how i know it is working ok
I looked through the wiring and I could not find anything about an immobilizer. I found something on a theft deterrent module that is mounted near the ignition switch. So that could be an issue.Quote:
