Idle RPM (too high) - SOLVED

The new IAC valve fixed the issue! Has not idled under 1,000 in months! The part was $105 at Nappa. I could not find anyone who has replaced it on a Aveo, so it was gamble. I disconnected the battery to reset the computer and shut the car on and off 4 times running it for 4 minutes each so the new valve would learn and that did it!
