iridium spark plugs help
Hey guys I just wanted to know if getting iridium spark plugs from NGk with new wires is worth it or should I just go with platinum plugs? Also dose the 2005 aveo have a distributor and rotor that needs to be changed when I do the plugs and wires.
Should I expect to see better gas milage with iridium spark plugs? Thank you also how much should I tourq the plugs thank you

I am pretty sure all aveo's use a coilpack. No distributor. It will be on the right side of the valve cover.
As for the difference between types of plugs, I don't know.

The plugs only difference is the change interval. Iridiums last longer than platinums. I wouldn't bother with aftermarket wires either if you're chasing more horsepower, you won't see a difference.

No I'm not looking for horsepower but I'd like to save a bit more has if I can. And I'd like the car to run and idal smooth I got the NGk wires and iridium plugs for a cost of $107 canadain so I hope it will be worth it. Thanks

I'm a big fan of iridiums. I've had sets last over 100,000 miles.

I got NGK iridium plugs and their wire set as well.
