You should put some split hosing or something around the hole into the fenderwell to prevent any possible rubbing.
Looks like the same ID/OD as the TB inlet... the way it should be
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

well, my long wait is finally over, i finally got the intake and installed it, i have to say it looks pretty, but it actually silenced my car a bit. i dont get the loud roar from the engine like i did with my DIY CAI. i also seem to have lost some top end power but gained a little bit of low-end, i would actually rather have more top end power. overall i give this product a 7 mainly for its quality.

i also advise anyone that buys this intake to get the adapter for the throttle body from your local autoparts store to fit it around the intake to prevent it from being scratched by the hole.

wow! i like the black. very nice! altho id rather have more low end just cus you dont really race your aveo at top end too much. once you get to the finish line you are just startin to touch your top end range.

i suggest all of you order one, if AEM sees these intakes selling, maybe it will prompt them to make more after market parts for the aveo....think outside the box...
