Unhappy Left a window down during a storm - now wet car won't start

My wife left a window down on her '11 Aveo, and a windy thunderstorm came by and the interior got wet. I had to towel off the dash. Now it will not start (or even crank). Other symptoms include the radio is always on and the power does not go off to the accessory lighter when the key is removed.

Does anyone have any idea about getting this fixed? Right now, the battery is disconnected and the doors are open to air it out.

      HELP!

I'm not sure if these cars have any of the computer modules under the carpet, but the best thing you could do for now is get a shop vac or something similar and extract as much water from the carpet as you can. You'll also want to use the biggest fan you have to blow air across the floor. Moving air will dry it out much faster than just letting it sit with the doors open and will hopefully prevent the mold/mildew smell. Dealt with this a few times with a sunroof left open!
