      The air cleaner intake hose is usually what needs to be replaced. Do you also need the filter housing to? I'm sure rockauto ships to Isreal but you can check them out.....www.rockauto.com On their list go to 2007 chevy aveo (I don't think the Aveo5 has the hose listed), then Fuel/Air, and you will see air cleaner intake hose.
