Or you could wait for the Regal GS to come out and steal that AWD system....Just a thought. It's got a 6speed manual and a 255hp turbocharged ecotec......I'm gonna try and find out if it's the M32 with a transfercase attached to it tomorrow or a different trans all together

I dont really want to do anything crazy, just a little something there and there, I mainly want a manual tranny but if I could get the cruze 6speed then I would not want to waste it, adding a turbo on the 1.6 would make me happy with that

Ill have 3000-5000 to spend, so some of this crazy talk is still out of my price range lol

I would like to see you try and do even 1/2 of what i did with mine all by yourself without any knowledge of wtf you are doing... Most of the **** i did on mine was on the fly and alot of things i had no clue how to do it at first, i learned as i went along... pretty good if i do say so myself... the megasquirt was a damn pain, i had no idea where to wire it, even worse how to freakin tune it... but it did it all myself... no it doesnt run but who cares.. i have TWO cars!! 1 thats brand new so it doesnt bother me to have it sitting.

It's gonna get fixed and its gonna run so hard your gonna drool over it until your mouth runs dry!

Get off my back man seriously.

The way you talk sometimes, sounds like your jealous or something.. wtf man you dont see me doin that ****.. i dont care if you put the 2.0 in, in fact i would be glad you did... i pretty much pioneered this stuff and its cost me alot of money so all of you could save because i told you what and what not to do...

I could be a badass all the time running my mouth and saying i have the fastest aveo in north america and i put X amount of cash into it, which i probably do appart from project super swift, but i dont, im pretty sure you would tho.. but anyways not like you care what i have to say!

Does anyone here have knowledge of, or info on, where to look for a version of a trans assembly ( 5 speed-w/transaxle ) that has a higher ratio ( lower numerical )final drive or simply a true overdrive ratio in 5th that's a direct bolt on from a Daewoo, Opel, Holden, Suzuki, or Vauxhall? Perhaps something from a Honda ( joking- in answer to the obvious reference to me earlier in this thread- see- I can read stuff posted here before...)

Hey guys, in South Africa we our Cruzes doesnt have a 6spd manual gearbox. Can any1 confirm if the 6spd gearbox on the new Opel/Vauxhall Astra 1.4turbo and 1.6turbo is a M32 Gearbox?

i think depending on year, your 6 speed is the f28, which fits as well.
The newer ones might be the 32, but even south africa has different stuff than europe.
