      Morning Smoke...

Lately my 1.6 puffs a cloud of smoke upon initial start up. it makes a cloud for about 10 seconds, then is fine. It only does it after it sits about 12 hours. It has 120k on it, and I add a quart of oil about every 90 days. Thoughts?

I'd just live with it. In the past I've had cars do this and I've been told the valve stem seals were the cause.

Yeah, what Daox said. Unless you want to pull the head and have it gone through, just live with it. The only down side is spark plugs have to be replaced more often, and eventually the catalytic converter will fail…..could take years.
