Custom ones have to be tested by US on our own buck.
I'm still not sure if my exhaust(custom of course), Magnecor wires and K&N filter are all working nicely together.

well what i did is 1. go to the swap meet, 2. buy a intake tubing (the car it was made for is unknown to me) with the filter ($25 what a steal!) 3. use a hack saw to cut some of it and reverse that piece so it faces the other way 4. buy a coupler from autozone ($6) and viola a custom CAI
well when i say custom piping, i guess i mean i had a shop bend some piping for me, i was going to change it to full piping but i havent made a final decision yet
Would be alot cooler and look better if you would have replaced the hole thing rather then only do half the job! I used a Honda Civic ram air that i got from the auto parts store.Quote:

whats the diameter on the pipe vs the diameter on the stock intake tubing?
