Helloooooooo?????
Helloooooooo?????
No one bought one yet, im planning too but i have a couple of other things that matter more 1st, might be around 2 months b4 i can dish out the crazy amount of money this thing costs
> 2010 Mazdaspeed 3
- Fully built, GT35R, 500+ whp
> 2004 Hatchback 2.0L Turbocharged [RETIRED]
- T3/T4 T04E .60 A/R Compressor
- HKS SSQV, OBX Wastegate
- FMIC with 2.5" piping
- Tuned with Megasquirt II v3.57
i would go buy one right now, but having to hack out a piece for the bypass, i might as well just make my own.
also in the pics of the intake on cardomain i didnt see anywhere to plug in the IAT sensor
Its only a pic, maybe the plug is on the other side, dont mean the pictured one is the one made for the aveo. You dont really need a bypass, i run my cai year round, winter also and i dont have a problem, the intake tube is clean inside.

it must be because of the person who designed it lolOriginally Posted by Nemasys

AEM is overpriced...
overpriced, most likely...not having to hack something made for a different car, try get a sensor attached to it, and fit something myself...priceless..LOL
also more likely to have the length and diameter actually designed for the particular engine... as opposed to just using whatever happens to be available...
whether or not that's true... we'll see.
Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.
id wager that they figured out that a CAI from a civic d16 will fit on our engines.
