Sorry if I'm coming off snotty....wasn't trying to....just felt like you weren't answering the specific questions I was asking and were trying to get me to use what you use...but anyway...
I spent the afternoon working on the timing belt, pretty easy job overall, hit a few snags though (getting the crank pulley bolt out, and changing the WP without taking the cam gears off, and the cam lock tool I bought didn't fit). I have one "hard" thing left to do then the rest is cake, but I'm stuck as of now....I just need to tension the belt, but my pliers won't work, I've tried for 30 min or so, heck maybe an hour, I need the special tool, or something....but I'm doubting it's locally available, right?
I'm thinking of cutting one out of a piece of steel, but just wanted to ask you guys what you thought? The wife sort of needs the car monday, but in all reality she could take my truck, and I could ride the buell....so I could order one I found online (42mm crow foot wrench....can someone confirm that's correct?) and it'd probably be here for next weekend....
