oil change confusion

Just confirmed, proper amount of oil, with filter change, in 2009 aveo is 4.8 quarts

So they changed the bottom end & oil filter. Got any pics of that area.

If you can visualize what the dipstick looks like when it is taking the reading in the pan you would realize that 2/10 of a quart is virtually negligible in taking the reading.

This isn't the type of thing to lose any sleep over. ;) Just add your oil up to an entire 5 qts. and stop fretting over it. As long as you are not overfilled or a quart low on oil, there is nothing to worry about.
