OP< what is your evidence? btw, the new coolants, mix with oil and do not form "milkshakes" so if you oil level is raising, there is coolant in there.
He said there is oil in the coolant, NOT coolant in the oil.

My guess is... Head Gasket. But if it's only a small amount, he could run for a long while with no disastrous effect.
