Whenever a new issue shows up I always ask myself what was the last thing that was done on the vehicle. A high percentage of the time the new issue is related to the last repair. In this case it’s the timing belt.
Whenever a new issue shows up I always ask myself what was the last thing that was done on the vehicle. A high percentage of the time the new issue is related to the last repair. In this case it’s the timing belt.
It appears that timing is not the issue, timing is correct, and I also was recommended to clean the MAF sensor, which did improve the issue.
I do wonder if the ignition leads could be part of the issue, I'm going to check them in the next couple of days.
To add to this, just did an IACV, and now idle is consistently at 2500-3000 rpm when I go off of the throttle.
