      P0446

I had P0446 and I cleared it. The code come again after 7 days in winter and after 30-45 days in summer. I replaced the vent valve and the code still come on.
I noticed that the hose which goes to evap is broken and its lock (white in the picture) is missing. The other end hose of evap its lock is still there but it is loosen somewhat. The questions here are:
1- Is this a possible cause for P0446 code.
2- I need to replace the lock but it is sold separately or I need to replace the entire hose? If so what is the part number of the lock or the hose where I find that the other hose part number is 96800402 as in the picture.
3- Is there anything to fix the hose rather than replacing it?
      Thanks

Thanks a lot. I have the part number of the evap end hose (96800402) which I attached in the lower photo. But I need the part number of the evap front hose to be replaced.
The second issue I doubt about that hose which is directly connected to the evap without its lock can cause P0446.
      thanks.

It would do like it might be a poss clogged valve and you might can just clean it out and re screw the hose back in the front hose should be found at a local auto zone or you might can try and google the part good luck!

the P0446 triggered every 3 days in winter and every 40 days in summer. I doubt that there is a regular leak or the charcoal canister is saturated with fuel. Is that right?
      thanks
