P0599 in aveo 2009 LXV

Hi everyone:
I had P0599 triggered 3 months ago. I tested the thermostat and I find that it works well. The temperature is normal.
I ask about the cause of the P0599 error. If anyone has the thermostat harness diagram, please help me.

I ask about the ground distribution of thermostat circuit. If anybody has a P0599 while the thermostat working fine, tell ,me how I can fix it?
