They do indeed have complete turbo kits for the aveo on eBay but ur talking alot more than just a turbo kit if u plan to push alot of PSI alot of other upgrades and pro tuning needs to happen in order for u to get good performance. I would suggest looking into a cobalt motor swap possibly an SS it has been done before. Look up "the green monster aveo" on google the kid that did the mods use to be on this forum and he supposedly engineered (with pro help) conversion parts to make the cobalt motor fit into an Aveo i.e. Motor mounts and such.

Nice! Hey, the under-pulleys, is that something you could add by itself? And what about a new intake manifold? I was looking at some today that "Increase horsepower" but is that something that can be added/replaced on its own to see a performance increase? I couldn't care less about mpg... I was at a custom performance place today getting a quote for CAI... see the thread I started about CAI on a 08 LS-My 1st Mod! If you wanna talk CAI more in depth!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you should look up the dyno test results of the Pulstar plugs online. I was going to use them but then found a website, sorry don't remember which one, that did a dyno test on a mostly stock vehicle and lost 1 to 2 mpg and didn't gain any power at all.

Spark plugs don't seem like something science and engineering can do a lot for. . . they make spark when told to do so by the coil and that's about it. Making the spark plug operate any other way without changing how the car treats them is not a good idea. I will go back to the age old principle of engineering.

      Keep it simple, stupid.

Want better spark, get a better coil, better wires and precious metal plugs that offer a better spark, not some goofy thing that adds a fancy one.

I will think of a better signature later.
