How do you port your own headers?

I always just took mine to a guy I know...

i dont know how you could gain much theres hardly anything there....they look alot smaller then the aftermarket one i just bought

If it was any I dont remember since it was one of the first mods I did. So I'd say not enough to make an impact on my memory

Yeah you'd probably have a lot better gain from modding a header then porting the exhaust manifold

i ported the inlets and exhaust on my exhaust header on my matrix xrs and picked up some nice midrange.....granted i already had a cai and catback exhaust.....

but the aveo exhaust header has the catylitic converter built into it, no?

well it is very near the header, not exactly built in
