if you replaced the fuel filter and pump, check the seal in at the top of the tank, that could be the leak.

And the reference to the oil pressure was the same, the switch could be sticking, or the oil pump could be draining down. I will research it further, but since it is an issue on the start circuit and not run, the oil pressure might not matter.
