questioning GMs integrity

first off if this is in the wrong area mods feel free to move it but any way ever since the day i bought my aveo it has had a small oil leak threw the valve cover which basically means it has a compression leak somewhere in the top end i have had it into the dealership 6 times to have it fixed and everytime they have replaced the same gasket for the single bolt on the valve gasket, and every time i have told them it has to be the piston ring fluttering, now i know im right but they wont fix the problem what can i do? please help any info would help thx

its got almost 70 k on it does it still qualify? im pretty sure it doesnt

They should be putting that in the computer, that you've been needing that fixed multiple times. so maybe what khan4rtist said may work. But i could be wrong. all i know is my dealer is awesome and they do anything to keep me happy. thats why i continue to go there.

You need to look up Used car deals in canadian law here in CA if they don't tell you anything is wrong when you buy it you have something like 6 months for the lemon law to cover it that includes Car Wreck Damage found after you bought it and it was never said it was in a wreck and so on but you need to look up the Laws in CANADA. for they are going to be different there then here
