Blacksheep finally is getting the correct flange in tomorrow which is when I'll be dropping the car off for them to do their thing. It'll be a clean 4-1. Any idea on how much gain i should expect? Im pretty excited to see the difference.
Once i get the car back ill be taking plenty of pics.
What's the rest of you exhaust look like?
the rest of he exhaust for now is stock, once i get the money up ill be having them do a full catback at 2"
Should see a couple extra ft-lbs... biggest change will probably be in the delivery. A more linear torque band and more readily available.
With the rest of the exhaust stock who knows what it'll do...
Why don't you just upgrade the cat-back and wait for kinky headers? Our headers won't be beat in performance or quality.
im going to a muffler shop today and getting a 2in catback done. blacksheep is having issues with their laser cutter for the flange so im still waiting but the 2inch catback will be done today.
Ahh 'tis Finally Done, The Headers a Clean 4-1 with All pipes being an even length. It's still getting broken in seeing as how I just got it not even 4 hours ago but I can already feel the extra power. Ill be using some 1200 degree paint on it sooner or later too clean up the look.
I think I'll be chilling out with the Aveo performance for a while. All the Exhaust and header and what not hit my finances hard enough.

anyone have any dyno numbers before and after a header install? If you dont mind me asking, how much did it cost to get it made?

What color are you going to paint them? How long did it take for them to come in after you ordered them done? Did they do anything as far as taking pictures or borrowing your old headers in order to make the new ones?
Is that a K&N oil filter down there?! If it is, hows it work for you? I have been thinking about having a dual oil filter kit installed...(and maybe custom made cause I haven't really looked around yet but so far I haven't been able to find one for the aveo)
