      Replacing Valve Cover Bolts

I managed to break 2 valve cover bolts on my 09 Aveo. After getting the replacements from the dealer it seems they are pressed into the valve cover. Has anyone been able to remove them without damaging the cover?

Take the whole cover off. Find a socket close to the size of the sleeve, give it some gentle taps and it should come out easy once it starts. Maybe spray some penetrating oil on it. Mine came out without too much of a fight.

Got em! Took a drill bit slightly larger than the inner diameter and slowly spun them out.

      Thank you
