i just remembered.......i recall seeing turbo kits on cobalts, they seem to have the same type of plastic intake manifold we do, so wouldnt ours be able to handle boost? i mean if theirs can......i know it should be plastic, i used to have a cobalt...

yea plastic intake manis are common now...i assume they can but how much and how look, i have no idea....just a simple custom one with a large pelumn and short runners would be your best bet consider you VGIS won't help you gain power with boosting

yes there is a turbo kit out for the colbalt 2.2 but they are having the same issues in terms of tuning. there is one kit that is working and it is using smt-6 to tune.
