      Shaved and tucked engine bay.

Has anyone shaved, tucked, and painted his or her engine bay on an aveo? if so can I see some pictures of how it turned out? I plan on making this my winter project.

your definitely a vw want to be..

it wouldn't be terribly hard, depending on how far you wanted to go, but for a daily driver, i want access to everything for repairs.

I started it today, just tucked the wiring harness for now. Over the winter im going to pull the engine, extend wires, more the battery to the rear, fuse box is going in the glove box and this will replace my radiator fluid box. POWERED BY MAX:

Also do you know if we can run ITB's on our engines? or can it not be done because our Intake manifold is plastic.... :/

Are you planning to use only the lower part of the manifold, if so, I would attempt it.

you can run itbs, you need to make the manifold anyhow.

that coolant bottle could be avoided if you buy a radiator with a filling cap on it.
