Sparkplug torque setting

What's the sparkplug torque setting for a 2006 Aveo. Is the block aluminum of cast iron?

Well, the sparkplugs go in the head of the engine, not the block... The head is made of aluminum, i usualy just torque them by hand until they are tight then 3/4's of a turn with a socket, that has always worked for me.

Most of the time you will find how many turns you need to make on the packaging.

But if you truely want the real deal, then the spark plug torque setting is 18 lb-ft.
