I'm getting ready to finally get the 2009 Aveo I just bought back together. The garage that had it before I bought it had already removed the starter, and apparently lost the bolts. Does anyone know the size of these so I can hopefully pick some up locally? Looks like they're GM part # 10518824 but I haven't been able to find any specs from that yet. Thanks.
What I do is find a similar size bolt on the car, take it to the hardware store and find out what it is and get one in the correct length you need.
Yeah, I have a box of random bolts so I'll have to go through that and try some. It'll be even easier since the old transmission and starter are out of the car. Was hoping I could just walk in the hardware store with a size in mind, but nothing is that easy. :rolleyes:
