He's as good as they get with our cars... besides, look at his 2L Aveo

They won't, at least not far. Everything seams to be going well.

Yeah fabx and I are working togather now. I don't know what Brain or potsurfriend run

      Here's potsurfriend's header:

(Brians is the same thing except for 4-1 design.)

Is this the style you were making or no? thats what I'm looking for.

I'm not the expert (fabx is) but that thing doesn't look built all that well and what size are those runners? they look pretty big.

Ours will probably be much shorter too, thus more friendly for daily drivers. I haven't looked at the aveo but we'll want to have the Kinky header bolt up to the stock mid-pipe so people can just bolt it in without having to take it to a shop to cut and weld stuff around.

Here's the 2.0 header next to the stock one w/ CAT delete:

      Side veiw:

The pictures should say it all. sorry for they're so huge

The one that brian and potsurfriend is actually made for the lanos 1.6, but it works with the aveo (you just have to cut the mid pipe. its made to work with a 2" exhaust. Im not sure the size of the primaries and stuff though.

looks like I'll be buying the cams for the aveo off of GMpartsdirect.com and sending them to delta cam to have them grind me a set in a few days (payday is wednesday night, so probably friday ill buy them).
I got the specs for the cam off of the old forum, but maybe they'll have a better idea.

      Cam Specs from Intimidator:

      SPECS
      ------------------------------------
      valve timing information
      ------------------------------------
      : in : ex :
      ------------------------------------
      valve lash : stock : stock :
      ------------------------------------
      valve lift : .387 : .387 :

      duration : 238 ˚ : 238 ˚ :

      duration @.50 : 206 ˚ : 206 ˚ :
      ------------------------------------

ill let everyone know how thats turning out.

also the guy from over seas is checking on shipping for the 10.5:1 Vauxhaul Corsa Pistons for me as we speak.

well I found a Cylinder head off of car-parts.com that has a broken cam gear.

Its $200 for the whole thing, and the guy said it would probably be somewhere around $35 to ship.

Heck of a better deal than getting them from gmpartsdirect.com

plus i can port and polish the head too
