Strange noise at idle

Hello Hello.

*background info*
-Car has 175000km
-Timing belt (kit) was changed 2 days before video was taken
-Rinsed engine down with light pressure washer and air hosed down after

Just noticed this strange noise coming from the engine. The car is relatively new to me and i didn't notice this noise prior to the timing belt being changed and myself cleaning the engine bay. Any hopes on the what the sound might be?.

I will be taking it back to the shop who changed the belt to see what they think tomorrow.
