Hey guys.
Just curious to see if anyone had any good suggestions on what muffler(s) to use on our sweet cars :D I have the xaiogary's cat-delete header on and a straight pipe back with a cherry bomb in the middle.
Of course the cherry bomb sounds like crap, but it was cheap. Any ideas on mufflers? or should I just stay straight pipe all through out?

Running just a header to a straight pipe = cop trouble even a four cylinder is extremely loud open header. Good luck!
Not to mention the dual O2 sensors on our cars. You should be fine with a cat back and a good performance muffler.
That's just it Daug.... I no longer have a cat lol. So trying to find a good end tip muffler to quiet the thing down and quit the high bitch screaming lol.

What's funny is because that's exactly what it sounds like lol. Once I hit 3500 rpms it starts screeching. I just tell everyone my Vtech in the aveo goes WHAAAAAAA!!! lol.

Ok no worries. I was just looking back at some of XaioGarys mods and my jaw dropped...again. I really wish I had the time, money, and tools/shop space to do this kinda work lol. But what are you gonna do...
I think I am pretty set on making this my last purchase for the aveo. I think am going to kill it this year and make it a audio car only...
Yeah, if I were keeping my Aveo, I would do a mild audio build and call it a day.
haha I wish. But I do competitive car audio. So I would probably remove the back seats of the sedan and go to town on a sub wall :D
I don't know what to tell you then. Shop around for a good straight through muffler that actually works. I don't know much about what's out there or I'd point you in a direction.
