Timing Belt Alignment Issue

I was taken apart so I could show photos. I'm gonna try & install I think I just need to start over & install the old pulleys. I'd just figure someone maybe had this issue before & I could fix it..

UPDATE I installed the old tensioner & the belt tracking issue went away.. I can not find a single issue with the new tensioner though so I don't know what 2 do..
