      lol the cost will be rediculous...for one, they are rare. two you have to ship it over from africa...if you want six speeds buy a versa, itll probably be cheaper,heck than you actually gain hp too

      for the cost of that swap you could probably keep the 5spd and beef it up and do the whole turbo build

      doesn't the versa have a cvt?
      Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall. Torque is how far the wall moves after you hit it.

      yes, but also the 6-speed manual is available.

      I'm at work so I won't go into detail now but I have a 6sp (F2 bolted up to my U20SED, I've driven about 1,000 miles now with no problems. Had it at 155mph in 6th gear at 5,500 rpms up in the air. Having some other unrelated engine issues right now otherwise I would have seen how much faster I can go with the new tranny, with the stock D20 I was able to hit 130mph actual speed

      Anyway, when I first got the Aveo my mechanic friend who owns a Daewoo told me to get my auto tranny regeared like it was no big deal.
