      Turbo kit/ manifold ?

Is a turbo kit or even just a turbo manifold available from anywhere for any Aveo yet ?

xaiogory sells a 4-1 header on ebay, but that is it, turbo kit will never happen, I doubt any other osrt of header either, xaiogory said he was almost out of them so I would message him as soon as possible, once those are gone then they might be gone for good

I just remembered your car was manual. I was hitting 98HP on 2nd gear in my automatic. I'm really leaning torward a tranny swap so i can get better reads.

98hp is right at the wheel, he meant 117 engine wise (less at the wheel), or I think he did?

Having a car thats stick gives better reads though since the gear ratio is closer to 1 then the automatic gears. Hunter aren't you doing a swap too?

I was considering a turbo on the aveo as my dad will be getting a new car in a few months (probably a chev cruize) and the aveo will be a spare car.

Over here we have the opel corsa b and corsa c now I know one of them share a manifold with the aveo 1.5 8valve that we have over here. I must just confirm what one.

Cant one have a turbo flange welded to the standard manifold? It has been done on other cars over here.
      Current:
      2000 Opel Corsa GSi
      Ex:
      1995 Opel Kadett 200t S - R.I.P
      1997 Opel Corsa 130iE - Sold
      1989 Opel Kadett 160 GSE - Sold

welding the flange to the manifold is easy.. cheap, and it works for the most part.

well depending on how you want to position the turbo, the size of the turbo, and where the manifold will allow you to put it (nemasys is using a sump on his as the turbo sits very low in relation to the engine). you might have to deal with other issues. like the cost of his oil pump solution is about the price of a "real" modified manifold.
