yea i was going to but i would need 10 of them, since its one per bulb
If it is 10 leds in one housing, you only need 1.
well if u count up all the 1157 bulbs in the aveo i wanna say there are 10, and the company i'm gonna buy from i need one load resistor per bulb and i don't want to mount 10 resistor, thats why i'm thinking of changing the flasher module so i dont have to buy and mount all those resistors

technically you only need the appropriate load resistor per circuit..

so you could do two, one i the left turn signal, and one in the right.. this might make the hazards slower though.

but from the research i have seen, the flasher replacement seems like the proper solution, while the individual resistors are the "easy" solution.

Why dont you just buy some with the resistor already installed. It makes life really simple.

The company told me the technology is not there yet where they can have the resistor as part of the bulb assembly, so u have to use the flasher module or load resistor

thats a good point about resistors in the bulbs, when i was looking i was looking at those board type that you mount into the housing not the bulb replacement type. i am sure the "technology" is there. its an led and a resistor. both have been around for decades.

they also said that the resistors give off a lot of heat, so u risk shorting the life of the LEDs by having them so close for now

The technology is there. The company you are buying from just does not have it yet. I have personally seen led bulbs meant to replace turn signals that required nothing more than just swapping the bulb to have regular speed flashing.
