      UD Pulley?

      Hello,

Is there an UD Pulley out there either from another motor or aftermarket for the Aveo? On Daewoo tech I see that in 04 there was a group buy. Has anyone successfully installed one on their ride?

I was curious what this would have to involve as far as retiming the engine. My buddy has a fors focus that he got an underdrive on and it thrashed the crankshaft sensor when the timing index ring came loose. And it is becoming a huge deal to get it retimed. Is there any timing issues when installing this pulley? and how hard is it to install?

no issues thus far with messing up anything. only thing with timing i can see happening is the computer advancing the timing maybe a half a degreee. not very hard to install if you know what you're doing. Friday I have dyno time so I'm going to get the numbers with a stock pulley, then UDP, and then im going back in a week to see if the computer changed anything that may or may not have given me more power.
