I own a 2006 chevy aveo first generation and I want to install a better "performance" under drive pulley that will help HP a little.. Where can I buy one online? does anyone have a link to one and does anyone know how much labor might be? Thanks in advance.

A lightweight pulley would be even better on a small 4 cyl

I"ve just begun modding this car. I need to do more research. But honestly the only power mod I'm doing on this car is a turbo. Anything else is going to be pointless.
Well i for one dont have the money for a turbo set up and/or an engine swap, so anything helps..
The thing is it doesn't. An intake full exhaust and pullies will make no difference on a1.6 liter car. You won't get any noticeable power gains and anything you think you feel is just gonna be in your head. I know that's harsh but it's true.
I am gonna respectfully disagree with you there. On my virtual dyno computer program I am putting down 128whp and 121wtq. That's some pretty good gains from 106fwhp and 109fwtqQuote:

Good #s Mr. Pickles. Remember the most notable 4 cylinders- B16 put down 133hp with a lil over 100 TQ, and an SR20 is around 123hp and 119 TQ ( off the top of my head) And I'm sure we have a "greener " for the tree huggers
...is there aftermarket exhaust for the 08 aveo? Or was it custom built?
