      Using multiple head gaskets

Has anyone ever used 2 head gaskets to increase valve clearance?

Please no. No. No. You’re just asking for head gasket failure. You’re already 0.010 below minimum. A 0.020 shim is less than $40 plus shim sealer. The attached link may not be for the year of your car, but you can get there.
side note, buy a name brand or GM gasket. The cheap ones are just that. Cheap and leaky.
And remember new head bolts. They are one time use.
