      valve cover tightening sequence

Nowhere can I find the sequence for tightening the valve cover bolts after installation of a new valve cover gasket. The torque for the bolts is about 89 lb in but I can't find the sequence for tightening them. I went to O'Reilly's and was told that the manufacturer has not yet released a service manual. So, they couldn't tell me.

its 89 inch lbs, if its that..

you start in the middle, tighten working front to back and staggered outwards. Much like the patten of head bolts.
