Which aspect, Allen cap bolts or pump?
For the bolts: Make sure you have Allen hex drivers for your socket wrench so you can get the required torque and leverage to get them out.
For the pump assembly:You can get a special tool (I machined my own) that is like a claw foot wrench to fit around the pump housing so you can put a long socket wrench or breaker bar on it to break it free from the engine.
There will most certainly be some corrosion helping to hold this in place and channel lock plies will not give the positive grip and leverage you are looking for.
Couple of 'whacks' with a hammer may help as well.

      Cheers

it would help if you provided your year and bodystyle; because in 2009 they changed engines and changed how the water pump was driven.

Hey im having the same exact issue. Waterpump is stuck on there. I bought a 24" pry bar and tried to get it off only to bend the prybar!

      Thanks brother.
By the looks of it i can use my long breaker bar with it.
      Hopefully it gets enough leverage.

No problem, just check the quality as some different styles may be shown.
if you have the tools, you could always get a piece of plate steel and cut a 41mm notch out, then drill and tap a hole for a hex bolt (put a spacer so it sticks out a bit further) then you can use a regular socket with a breaker bar to turn it.
I had access to a mill and free metal, so that's what I did.

      Cheers
