      What is this part called?

Hey guys, I'm replacing the valve cover on my 2005 aveo, and there is a three-way inlet that runa from the top left side of the valve cover that I need to buy but I don't know what its called or what its part number is. One end of it runs from the coolant overflow tank, one end of it goes to the throttle body I think, and the other end of it goes to the radiator I think. Anyone has any idea? i would really appreciate any help

Attached pic isn't working, and I'm wracking my feeble brain to think what it might be - my 04 has nothing on the valve cover related to the coolant system (just replaced head gasket and valves, so still pretty fresh in memory). Wondering if it's something either 05 specific, Canada specific, or aftermarket?

I just got "invalid attachment", hence the not working comment. It appears that the 05 is significantly different; as near as I can see from diagrams online, it seems that the PCV line has a coolant heat exchanger built into it? Since the PCV valve itself appears to be missing, you would first need this:
      BWD PCV482 - PCV Valve | O'Reilly Auto Parts

Unfortunately, I don't think the rest of that assembly will be available in the aftermarket, and I haven't been able to locate a good diagram that gives specific part numbers and descriptions for the heat exchanger part - it may be a dealer type item, or junkyard?

Hey, so you actually helped a bunch with telling me the name of it which is PCV Valve, I'll be able to look for it now at CanadianTire, now the problem is that I don't know what the rest of that assembly is called, if I know the name for it then I'd be able to look to see if I can find it...gaaaah I hate little trinkets like this in cars, they're so annoying to deal with

Although I'm still a little confused, because my PCV valve has an outlet on top...but when I search for aveo 2005 PCV valve or look at the part you posted, it's just a little nipple that comes out...so wtf!...mine has a nipple on top of the nipple lol

I'm not 100% familiar with the variations on the different years; but I'm wondering if that's part of the valve cover itself, and it has broken?

Take a look at this auction:
Camshaft Cover for Chevy Chevrolet Aveo Part 96473698 | eBay

If you look at the pictures, you can see where the top nipple is just behind the PCV assembly - that makes me believe something has broken, and since the whole valve cover is plastic (or whatever unobtanium they make it out of); you may be stuck with a full replacement - probably not what you wanted to hear, I'm sure.

I would also guess that trying to epoxy that back together isn't going to work very well, due to heat and oil combined with vibration - so my recommendation would be not to even waste the time trying....

Here's a couple that are a bit cheaper:
