Where does this wire go?
After removing the head because of timing belt failure and trying to get everything back together, I have this one wiring dangling and can't figure out where it goes. Can anyone tell me what this plugs into (it's the wire harness with the blue band around it). Thanks for any help you can give!

I'm pretty sure that goes to your oil pressure sensor wire. Its on the back of the engine down by the crankshaft pulley.

Thanks for your quick reply. I checked and there is a wire already going to the oil pressure sensor. This wire with the blue band travels together with the oil pressure sensor wire and the altenator wire in a group of three to some unknown destination. It's got to be something close to the altenator and oil pressure sensor wire. any other ideas?

how much of a lead is there from that plug? or is it attached right there?
check the intake for IAT? the throttle body for the tps? cam or crank position sensors?

There is about 7 inches from the plug to where the wire enters the plastic protector along with the altenator wire and the oil pressure sensor wire. I have looked every where but can't figure it out.

There are two wires in the loom; one is light green and the other is dark green. Here are a couple more pictures. Thanks so much for all the help.

according to the schematic, dark green light green is the coolant sensor on the back of the head?
