There is one O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold, sticks right out the side of it. The next one is below that in the exhaust pipe after the CAT.

it depends on which sensor you are wanting to know the location of; the Upstream sensor Harness (known as sensor 1/1) can be seen in plain sight upon opening the hood attached to the Main Engine Harness. The Downstream Sensor Harness (known as Sensor 1/2) is directly underneath the car, attached to the Main Body Harness.
