Awesome, sounds like a new investment for my hatch
Were you surprised that it fit? The whole rear end is unchanged...
taillights and bumper are different
yeah, I'll give you that, but the rear window profile is still identical.

I payed 260$ (that's with the GM discount) for the spoiler and 100$ for it to be painted.

whats it made out of anyway i wanna build it up a little and get a better angle on it so it actually does some good
Wouldn't you have to have speed to make a spoiler effective? And on a car as under-powered as an Aveo, wouldn't it create more drag and slow it down?
I will be getting that spoiler. it flows better that the small one that comes on our model line!
if it is even functional. most OEM spoiler do very little for downward force. But the size and angle of this (ive looked at them now) suggests it has "some" function, and most functional spoilers start to show how they work at as little as 50 mph.Quote:

lol at 100kph it would have a small stabalizing affect i only ever reach that speed on the back straight of the track i use but its a hard dive into the right hander and ive been experimenting with different shapes and sizes and it doesnt seem to make much difference at lower speeds and i like the whole duckbill style spoilersQuote:
