Adjusting headlights Aveo 2007

Hello community. I'm new here and apologize, English is not my first language.

I was searching google for how to adjust headlights for my Chevy Aveo 2007. But unfortunately I didn't find anything specific. I found a kind of overall diy how to adjust headlights but everyone is pointing out to look in my owners manual since every car manufacturer has different standards/ranges.

So I actually found a manual for my Aveo, but there is nothing about the steps how to adjust headlights, instead they point out to go to a dealer to get this job done. Great. Also I found 2 threads on here, but unfortunately nothing about range, etc specific for my Aveo 2007.

I hope somebody can help me please and point me in the right direction.
