yes the headlight assmbly is the same. the only aveos that recieved a change from 07-08 were the sedans.

OK well I am going to be watching this thread to see how much interest there is. Once I decided to make them it will take me about a week to have some protos made up. If there is any other Aveo forums that some of you belong to maybe you can asked them to come post here if there interested.

I dont have any final shape planned I have an idea how I am going to make them. Anyone can submit there idea here of what they want. The shape most people want I can make.

Here is my design for your eye lids. I'd like to see them 3/32 to 1/8 inch thick and maybe beveled leading edge. Double backed tape would be fine as long as it can take the heat from the lights. The surface could be textured in anything but a carbon fiber look.

i was just thinking would it not be easier to make a full cover for the whole headlight and sell those so that whoever buys it can trim it and make any shape they want? cause if its held on by 2 sided tape (which will stand up to the heat) than any shape is possible
