I want to paint my bowties black. Can I just use Fusion paint for plastic or use another kind of paint? And do I need to sand the badges first? Thanks.

i jus used primer, the cheap 98 cent gloss black, and a good clear. and yes i lightly sanded the badges to give the paint something to stick to. im sure a scuff pad will do the same job.

Finished product. Tell me what you think. The front one looks rough though . Any tips or ideas to make it smooth so it looks as good as the rear one? Thanks. I think I might debadge the Aveo LS.

i would take it off and paint it if you have the time, that would be the best way to get good results
the front one should be easy to remove and install again right?

Nevermind. I just sanded it down again and started over. It came out good this time.
