If it's the black plastic that is used inside the wheel. It's called a wheel liner. Ideally it should be replaced otherwise no.
I tried to find the part online but I am having no luck at all
You can find the wheel liner through LKQ. LKQ sells parts for cars. There is a couple LKQ shops in the Indianapolis area. Not sure of the prices there, but here in Denver I paid $30 a piece. The liners may be a lot thinner than the ones on your car.Quote:
