gravana tuning are not the people to blame though just for your knowledge.
they order straight from the manufacturer...they never see the product.
Gravana sells plenty of quality products. This vendor might have some issues tho.
pics?!?
its fiberglass bodykit right? most of those dont fit or dont hold their shape well....i hope you didnt expect to just be able to bolt in on and paint because pretty much every fiberglass bodykit needs to have bodywork done to get it to fit
I just ordered some fenders Gravana and the guys I talked to (Chad,) tols me to immediately inspect them when they came in to check for damages and let him know either way-so that they could be replaced ASAP if they needed to.
just some fyi. this post skeered me tho....

Exactly... They all say that they should be installed by a professional, and the novice enthusiast will most likely NOT be able to install them. If it is just a crack it is almost expected during shipment. If it is shattered then you need to contact them or Versus to get a replacement.Originally Posted by AVE0SAM

Still waiting on those pics though... E-mail them to me (sales@dlspeedonline.com) and I will post them and tell you if it's bad enough to send back...
But you've got to remember that when a body kit is molded it is not fitted to the car and tested it. The original is made off the car, then a mold is made and that mold is used over and over again, eventually a little warpage may occur. A lot of the time you must massage it in places or use some bracketing to get it to fit, but some times (like in my probe or my friend's RX you get a perfect fit without any modification.

ok three of them are on my profile for this site...i still cant upload them to this page so you can see some of them there...yes it is fiberglass and it is so thin in some places you can see the sun shine through... basically there are those kinds of chips (that you see on the one pic) everywhere and the cutouts are more straight then round...you get the idea
looking from the pics it doesnt look that bad.... i know you probably planned on just slapping it on but thats why they say have a professional do it because cracks and what not need to be fixed...bodykits suck, lipkits for the win
that is pretty ****ty imo, u pay like 600+$ for these kits and should at least be able to get em free of defects like it was hit with a hammer or sumtin. lil cracks u can get by with cus ur just gonna paint the pieces anyways so that dont matter much but damn, that looked seriously ****ty.
