The ones made for my car are only for ones without roof racks. Would getting a van car cover work even though it might be all baggy on the ground? What are my other options besides removing the roof rack?

moving past those wheels....autoanything.com has car covers for literally every car because they make it off the dimensions. You could try to call them and get a custom size made for your car. Otherwise you'll be left with a one size fits all that may fit or it may not.
You could probably have one custom made at a tent supply shop. By the way, I love the funky vibe with the wheels and the roof carrier.

I like my old wheels much better though. At least these ones are way lighter!
