Detailing tips..

I have a question / Need.

I apparently have hard water at my house, and at work. It leaves water spots on my black car like crazy.

I need suggestions, either a wax, or wash procedure and products, that will last and allow me to dry the car without hard water drops for a few weeks?months?

Is there a quick wax/ detailer spray that will allow upkeep through that time..? extend that amount of time?

I would like to do this before I park the car for winter. I have 2 black cars, hard to keep clean looking.

It sucks I took it to the car wash near my house and it was still water spotted, just not as bad as when done at home.
I would rather repaint a car than wash and detail it.. :rolleyes:

I like using Turtlewax ice spray wax. It gives instant shine and can be used on plastics/rubbers.

You need to hand dry it to keep the spots at bay. Work each section from the top down.
