      DRL question

Like so many others, I have had problems with too many headlight replacements. It's probably not in the budget to retrofit with HIDs. I understand that the DRL module energizes the the low beam filament in the headlight. (It's always the low beam that's burned out.) Is there a way to change the wiring so that it energizes the high beam filament? Has anyone considered this?

The quick fix is just to pull the DRL module out of the engine bay. There is a relay box right near the battery. Inside the box you should find the DRL. Let us know what happens!

Please do not power off, firmware update pending.....
